Privacy and cookies
Last updated: 7 November 2026. This notice explains how Pizza Speedy 2.0 S.r.l. handles the data of people who use the website pizzeriespeedy.com (Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
Data controller
Pizza Speedy 2.0 S.r.l. (single-member company), Via J.F. Kennedy 33, 39055 Laives (BZ), Italy, VAT no. 03350520213. For any request about your data, write to [email protected].
Browsing the website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser and requested page to serve and protect it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor; for any transfers to the United States it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Orders on WhatsApp (Laives)
The details you enter in the order form (name, phone, address, town, payment, notes) do not reach the website: they only go into the WhatsApp message you send to the pizzeria yourself. They are used to prepare and deliver your order (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). WhatsApp is a Meta service, which processes the message under its own terms. The pizzeria deletes the order chat after 10 minutes. If you tell us about an allergy, we use it only to prepare that order.
WhatsApp offers
Only if you tick the offers box, your name, number, language, order code and date go into the pizzeria’s offers list, stored on Cloudflare servers in the European Union. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code). The pizzeria confirms the number when your order arrives; if it is not confirmed, it is deleted after 7 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing STOP on WhatsApp or tapping “Stop sending them” in the order form: the number is deleted. In any case we delete it 24 months after your last order with a yes. To protect the form from automated submissions we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address, not the address itself, for at most one hour.
Orders in Bolzano and other links
Deliveroo, Just Eat, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram are just links: when you open them, that service processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.
Statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you accept statistics in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate form how the website is used: pages viewed, clicks on ordering and menu buttons, device type, approximate area and a random identifier stored in cookies. We do not send Google your name, phone number or order details, and we have turned off Google Signals and ad personalisation. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences”. Google Ireland Ltd. acts as a processor; for any transfers to the United States it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 2 months.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no profiling cookies. It only uses the browser’s storage for technical features: ps-carrello (the cart, until the order is sent), ps-lingua (your language), ps-sede (the last location you viewed), ps-cliente (your details for the next order, only if you choose “Remember my details”, for 12 months after your last order), ps-consenso (your cookie choice) and ps-avviso (that you have seen the cookie notice). These technical tools do not require consent. Google Analytics statistics cookies (_ga and _ga_2C0EEKV7W7, lasting 13 months) are only activated if you accept them in the banner; you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. You can delete this data in your browser settings or with “Delete my details from this device” in the order form.
Who receives the data
Authorised pizzeria staff, Cloudflare for hosting and the offers list, Meta for the WhatsApp messages you send and, only with your consent, Google for statistics. We do not sell your data and we do not upload it to advertising platforms.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
We update this page when something changes in how we handle data: the date at the top shows the latest version.
